1. Call us at 719-884-0102 or contact@myhealthholiday.com via the online registration form.
2. A Case Manager (CM) will call you within 24 hours. 
3. You will receive detailed proposal information from your personal CM (including a price quotation).
4. Discuss all details with your CM during your follow-up call.
5. Complete your personal medical questionnaire which will be sent to your surgeon abroad. If necessary may require X-rays or MRI’s. This information is kept confidential and viewed by the Medical Team only.
6. A conference call will be arranged between you, your physician abroad, your doctor here & The Health Holiday team.
7. Finalize your procedures and trip itinerary (including all required medical documents and travel documents).
8. Depart for your chosen destination/hospital.
9. Greeted by your HCM at the airport. You are given your own mobile phone for use abroad.
10. Meet your doctor for the initial consultation. For major surgery it is suggested that you arrive at your destination two days prior for pre-op tests.
11. Undergo your procedure.
12. Recuperate and relax in your comfortable surroundings.
13. Tour your beautiful destination.
14. Travel home.
